First Contact

This permits us to consider your needs and our current case loads to be sure we can meet your needs to the very best of our abilities.
Initial Consultation

We work to ensure that you leave your first appointment with a solid understanding of the legal process and feeling confident that you have the right team working for them. We will walk you through the tasks ahead, answer your questions, and help guide you through the steps ahead. Please plan on dedicating two hours to this important consultation.
Settlement
After collecting the information regarding your particular circumstances we will help you establish realistic expectations for your situation. Most people prefer to reach a settlement and our goal is to help you achieve a fair result.
Trial
If we cannot reach a settlement, you have our experienced team of professionals prepared to advocate for you in court. Before you go to court, we will discuss your alternatives and help you prepare to put your best case forward.
